Internet connection errors

If you see a error message stating that there’s an issue with your internet connection, you can typically resolve it by following the steps below.

  1. Check that your device is connected to the internet.

  2. Check your internet connection speed to ensure it’s in line with our (Link opens in a new tab)internet speed recommendations. Visit (Link opens in a new tab)fast.com to determine your internet speed.

  3. Disconnect any VPNs or ad blockers.

  4. Restart your home network by unplugging all network equipment (modem and router) for 30 seconds. Then, plug your network equipment back in, turn on your modem and router, and re-launch Philo.
