Want to skip the ads on your favorite HBO shows and movies? Upgrade off your Bundle+ subscription with the HBO Max Standard add-on for $13 more per month!

  • In the Philo app, you can watch ad-free live HBO channels (HBO, HBO Comedy, HBO Drama, HBO Hits, HBO Latino, and HBO Movies), plus all HBO Originals (like Games of Thrones, The Last of Us, or Euphoria).

  • In the HBO Max app, you can watch ad-free Max Originals (like Hacks or The Pitt), live sports, plus tons of shows and movies!

We don’t offer a 7-day free trial available for the HBO Max Standard add-on.

Follow the steps below to sign up.

  2. Click Manage Add-ons.

  3. Select HBO Max Standard, and then click Submit.

The HBO Max Standard add-on is currently only available with a Bundle+—you can learn how to upgrade to Bundle+ here.

If you subscribe to Philo through a third-party biller (like Amazon, Apple, Google, Roku, Samsung or Vizio), you’ll need to switch to Philo billing in order to purchase add-ons.
