Resolve Video Player Error on FireTV devices

A Video Player Error indicates a playback issue, and can usually be resolved by rebooting your FireTV device.

Follow the steps below to reboot your FireTV device:

1. Press the Home button on your FireTV remote.

2. Select the Settings icon.

3. Select My Fire TV(or Device & Software).

4. Select Restart.
