What does “Switch Account” mean?

If you see a “Switch Account” message at sign-in, it means you have two Philo accounts tied to the same billing account (like Google Play or Roku Pay). This typically means that you created an account with an email address, and then created a second account with a phone number.

Am I paying for two Philo accounts?

Not to worry - this doesn’t necessarily mean you’re being double charged! This message just means that you tried to sign in to an inactive account, but we noticed that you have an active, existing one. That said, if you see two separate Philo charges, let our (Link opens in a new tab)Support team know so they can investigate.

How do I fix it?

To sign in to your existing account, click Switch Account and you can sign in as usual. Quick tip - to avoid this in the future, be sure to sign in with the credentials (email address or phone number) associated with your existing account.

If you’d prefer to merge your two accounts, contact our (Link opens in a new tab)Support team and they can help you out!
