If you see a “Switch Account” message at sign-in, it means you have two Philo accounts tied to the same billing account (like Google Play or Roku Pay). This typically means that you created an account with an email address, and then created a second account with a phone number.
To sign in to your active account, just click Switch Account and sign in as usual. In the future, be sure to sign in with the credentials (email address or phone number) associated with your active account.
