Error code pf-1.5 indicates a playback issue that can affect older operating systems running older web browsers.
Check to see if you’re running a supported OS ((Link opens in a new tab)Windows 10/11 or (Link opens in a new tab)MacOS Ventura and up). If not, update your OS before following the steps to update your browser.
If you’re on a Mac, first try using Safari (if you haven’t already) to see if that resolves the issue. If not, proceed with the steps below.
Click the apple icon in the upper-left corner of your screen.
Select App Store from the dropdown menu.
Locate Safari, and click Update.
Open Chrome.
Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
Select Help from the dropdown menu, and then select About Google Chrome.
If an update is available, click Relaunch.
Open Edge.
Click on the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner of the browser.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click About Microsoft Edge.
If an update is available, click Download and install.
Open Firefox.
Select Firefox from the menu bar.
Select About Firefox from the dropdown menu.
If an update is available, it will be automatically downloaded.
Once the download is complete, click Restart.
