How to turn off the "Keep Streaming" prompt

Bandwidth Saver is a Roku feature that helps with data and/or bandwidth limitations. If you don’t use your Roku remote for 4 hours, you may be asked if you want to keep streaming.

To continue playback, click Keep streaming. Otherwise, Philo will close.

To disable the prompt for Philo, click Don't ask for this channel.

To disable the prompt for all of your Roku channels follow the steps below.

1. Press the

   

   button on your Roku remote.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click Network.

4. Click Bandwidth saver.

5. Select Off.
