How to resolve app crashing or loading issues

If the Philo app is crashing or you’re experiencing issues loading the app, you can typically resolve it by following the steps below.

  1. Check for Philo updates by searching for Philo in your device’s app store.

  2. Check for system updates in your device Settings.

  3. Restart your device.

  4. Uninstall and reinstall the Philo app (this step isn’t applicable for Roku-billed customers, as you can’t uninstall any app with an active subscription).
