A Profile is an individual instance of a Philo account that has its own sign-in credentials, viewing history, and recommendations.
Each account can have up to 10 profiles, so feel free to share with your family and friends!
Follow the steps below to add, edit, or delete a profile.
To update the email address or phone number associated with your account, follow the steps (Link opens in a new tab)here.
Tap your Profile icon.
Tap Switch or add profiles.
Tap the + icon.
Use the arrow buttons to select a profile picture, and enter a profile name.
Tap Done.
Click your Profile icon, and then click Profiles.
Click the + icon.
Use the arrow buttons to select a profile picture, and enter a profile name.
Click Finished.
This feature is currently being tested, so these steps may vary slightly for certain customers.
Click your Profile icon.
Click Switch profile.
Click the + icon.
Use the arrow buttons to select a profile picture, and enter a profile name.
Click Finished.
Tap your Profile icon.
Tap the edit icon on your Profile avatar.
Make your desired edits and tap Done.
Click your Profile icon, and then click Profiles.
Click Edit profiles, and then click Edit on the profile you’d like to edit.
Make your desired edits and click Finished.
Click Finished again to exit.
Click your Profile icon.
Click Edit next to your Profile avatar.
Make your desired edits and click Finished.
Tap your Profile icon.
Tap Account.
Tap Delete profile.
Click your Profile icon, and then click Profiles.
Click Edit profiles, and then click Edit on the profile you’d like to delete.
Click Delete this profile, and then click Delete profile to confirm.
Click Finished to exit.
Click your Profile icon.
Click Switch profile and scroll to highlight the profile you’d like to delete.
Once highlighted, hold down the OK or Select button on your remote
Click Delete this profile, and then click Delete Profile to confirm.
