At Philo, we not only allow you to share your account with family and friends - we encourage it!
You can create up to 10 profiles on one account. Everyone who shares your account will have their own sign-in credentials, viewing history, and recommendations.
Follow the device-specific instructions below to add, edit, or delete a profile.
To update the email address or phone number associated with your account, follow the steps (Link opens in a new tab)here.
Tap your Profile avatar.
Tap Switch or add profiles.
Tap the + icon.
Enter a profile name.
Select an avatar, and you’re set!
Click your Profile avatar.
Select Switch Profiles from the dropdown menu.
Click the + icon.
Enter a profile name.
Scroll to select an avatar.
Click Finished, and you’re set!
Click your Profile avatar.
Select Switch profiles.
Click the + icon.
Enter a profile name.
Scroll to select an avatar.
Click Create, and you’re set!
Tap your Profile avatar.
Tap the
Edit your profile name or avatar.
Click Done, and you’re set!
Click your Profile avatar
Select Switch Profiles from the dropdown menu.
Click Edit profiles.
Click Edit on the profile you want to edit.
Edit your profile name or avatar.
Click Finished, and you’re set!
Click your Profile avatar.
Select Switch profiles.
Click and hold the profile you want to edit.
Edit your profile name or avatar.
Click Finished, and you’re set!
Sign in to the profile you want to delete. Keep in mind, you can’t delete your main profile.
Tap your Profile avatar.
Tap Account.
Click Delete profile.
Click Delete Profile to confirm, and you’re set! You’ll be automatically signed back in to your main profile.
Click your Profile avatar.
Select Switch Profiles from the dropdown menu.
Click Edit profiles.
Click Edit on the profile you want to edit.
Click Delete this profile.
Click Delete profile to confirm, and you’re set!
Click your Profile avatar.
Select Switch profiles.
Click and hold the profile you want to edit.
Edit your profile name or avatar.
Click Delete this profile, and you’re set!
