How to update your payment information
If you're billed by Amazon, your payment information is managed by (Link opens in a new tab)Amazon.
If you're billed directly by Philo, you can update your payment information on your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online.
If you're billed by Google, your payment information is managed by (Link opens in a new tab)Google. You can update your payment information by completing the following steps:
Open the Google Play app on your Android mobile device.
At the top right, tap the profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settings.
Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Edit.
Make your changes.
Tap Update.

If you're billed by Apple, your payment information is managed by (Link opens in a new tab)Apple. You can update your payment information by completing the following steps:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name.
Tap Payment & Shipping. (You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID).
Tap your desired payment method, then edit your information. (You may need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information).

Click Enter New Payment Info.
Enter your new credit card number, expiration month and year, CVC, and billing zip code.
Click Change Payment to confirm.

Protect yourself from fraud and scams.
Philo will only charge you using a payment method that you entered on the Philo web site or in a Philo app. Know that Philo will never request payments from any other channel.
