How to update your payment information

If you get a new card, or need to make a tweak to how you’re being charged, no worries! We make it easy to update and manage payment information so you can get back to watching faster.

Click your biller below for instructions on how to update your payment information.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo through Amazon, you’ll need to update your payment information directly with (Link opens in a new tab)Amazon.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo through Apple, follow the steps below to update your payment information:

    1. Open the Settings app on your Apple device and click your name.

    2. Select Payment & Shipping (you might need to sign in with your Apple ID).

    3. Click your desired payment information.

    4. Edit your information. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of your card number, go to the Wallet app to edit your information.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo directly through us and use Apple Pay, follow the steps below to update your payment information on mobile.

    Make sure you’re using Safari and have Apple Pay enabled on your device.

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online and click Enter new Payment.

    2. Select Apple Pay and enter the ZIP code associated with your Apple Pay payment method.

    3. Click Confirm Change.

    4. Select the payment method you'd like to use.

    5. Double click the lock button on your mobile device.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo directly through us and use Cash App, follow the steps below to update your payment information.

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online and click Enter new Payment.

    2. Select Cash App and enter the ZIP code associated with your Cash App payment method.

    3. Click Confirm Change.

    4. On your mobile device, open Cash App and sign in.

    5. Click the scanner icon and scan the QR code with your phone.

    You’ll see a confirmation message once your payment information is updated.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo directly through us and use Google Pay, follow the steps below to update your payment information.

    Make sure you’re using Chrome and have Google Pay enabled on your device. Google Pay won’t appear if you’re on Chrome on iOS 16 with Apple Pay enabled, or in Incognito mode.

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online and click Enter new payment.

    2. Select Google Pay and enter the zip code associated with your Google Pay payment method.

    3. Click Confirm change, and then Add.

    4. Enter your name.

    5. Click Done, and then Continue.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo through Google, follow the steps below to update your payment information:

    1. Open the Google Play app and click the profile icon.

    2. Go to Payments & subscriptions and select Payment methods.

    3. Select More payment settings. You may need to sign in to Google Pay.

    4. Tap Edit under the payment method you want to remove.

    5. Enter your new payment information and click Update.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo directly through us, follow the steps below to update your payment information:

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online.

    2. Click Enter new payment.

    3. Enter your new payment information and click Confirm change.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo through Roku, you’ll need to update your payment information directly with (Link opens in a new tab)Roku.

  • If you’re subscribed to Philo through Vizio, follow the steps below to update your payment information:

    1. Click on Hello, [your name] on the top-right.

    2. Click Payment Methods.

    3. Click Update next to the payment method you want to update.

    4. Enter your new payment information. You’ll be required to re-enter your CVV here.

    5. Click Save.

Philo will only charge you using the payment method you’ve provided on (Link opens in a new tab)philo.com or within the app. We’ll never request payments from any other channel.
