How to reactivate your Philo subscription

We’re so glad to have you back! There’s no need to start from scratch when returning to Philo.

If you remember how you were previously subscribed, select your biller below for steps on how to reactivate your subscription.

If not, no worries; just reach out to our (Link opens in a new tab)support team and we’ll get you back up and running.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo through Amazon, just (Link opens in a new tab)sign in to your Fire device to your reactivate your subscription.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo through Apple, just open the Philo app on your Apple device and click Subscribe to reactivate your subscription.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo directly through us using Apple Pay, follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription.

    Make sure you’re using Safari and have Apple Pay enabled on your device.

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online and click Reactivate.

    2. Select the (Link opens in a new tab)add-ons you'd like to include in your subscription, and then click Enter new Payment.

    3. Select Apple Pay and enter the ZIP code associated with your Apple Pay payment method.

    4. Click Subscribe.

    5. Select the payment method you'd like to use.

    6. Double click the lock button on your mobile device.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo directly through us using Cash App, follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription.

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page and Reactivate.

    2. Select the (Link opens in a new tab)add-ons you'd like to include in your subscription, and then click Enter new Payment.

    3. Select Cash App and enter the ZIP code associated with your Cash App payment method.

    4. Click Subscribe.

    5. On your mobile device, open Cash App and sign in.

    6. Click the scanner icon and scan the QR code with your phone.

    You’ll see a confirmation message once your reactivation is complete.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo directly through us, using Google Pay, follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription.

    Make sure you’re using Chrome and have Google Pay enabled on your device. Google Pay won’t appear if you’re on Chrome on iOS 16 with Apple Pay enabled, or in Incognito mode.

    1. Go to your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online and click Reactivate.

    2. Select the (Link opens in a new tab)add-ons you'd like to include in your subscription, and then click Enter new payment.

    3. Select Google Pay and enter the zip code associated with your Google Pay payment method.

    4. Click Subscribe, and then Add.

    5. Enter your name.

    6. Click Done, and then Continue.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo through Google, just open the Philo app on your Android device and click Subscribe to reactivate your subscription.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo directly through us, just sign in on (Link opens in a new tab)philo.com and click Reactivate to reactivate your subscription.

    You’ll need to enter your payment information if we don’t have it on file.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo through Roku, just (Link opens in a new tab)sign in to your Roku device to your reactivate your subscription.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

  • If you were subscribed to Philo through Vizio, follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription.

    1. (Link opens in a new tab)Sign in to your Vizio account.

    2. Click Subscribe with VIZIO Account.

    3. Enter your Vizio billing purchase pin and click Subscribe.
