How to reactivate your Philo subscription

We’re so glad to have you back! There’s no need to start from scratch when returning to Philo.

If you were billed directly through us, sign in to your Philo account on (Link opens in a new tab)philo.com, and follow the steps below.

  1. Click Select this plan under your preferred plan to reactivate.

  2. Press Continue.

  3. Confirm your payment method and the check the Terms of Service checkbox.

  4. Click Subscribe to confirm.

If you were billed through a third party, select your biller below for steps on how to reactivate your account.

  • Sign in to your Philo account on your Fire device, and then click Reactivate or Subscribe. Then, follow the on-screen steps.

    1. Sign in to your Philo account on your Apple TV or mobile device.

    2. Click Select this plan to reactivate with your preferred plan.

    3. Click Start subscription on your Apple TV (or double click the side button on your mobile device) to confirm.

  • Sign in to your Philo account on your Android device, and then click Subscribe with Google. Then, follow the on-screen steps.

    1. Sign in to your Philo account on your Roku.

    2. Click Select this plan to reactivate with your preferred plan.

    3. Click Start subscription to confirm.

  • Sign in to your Philo account on your Samsung TV, and then click Subscribe with Samsung Account. Then, follow the on-screen steps.

  • Sign in to your Philo account on your Vizio TV, and then click Subscribe with VIZIO Account. Then, follow the on-screen steps.
