How to reactivate your Philo subscription

Welcome back! If you’re returning to Philo, no need to start from scratch. If you remember how you were previously subscribed, you can follow the steps below to reactivate your subscription. If not, no worries; just reach out to us and we’ll get you back up and running.

  • If previously you were subscribed with Amazon billing, you can resume your subscription by (Link opens in a new tab)signing in on your Fire device. You can also visit the (Link opens in a new tab)Amazon Appstore for subscription and billing details or issues.

    Otherwise, you can resume your subscription with Philo billing on your (Link opens in a new tab)Account page online by clicking Reactivate your subscription and entering your payment information.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

  • If previously you were subscribed with Google billing, you can resume your subscription on your Android mobile device by opening the Philo app and clicking Subscribe.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

  • If previously you were subscribed with Apple billing, you can resume your subscription on your Apple device by opening the Philo app and clicking Subscribe.

    If your last billing cycle ended already, we'll start a new one the day you reactivate.

If we don't have it on file, you’ll be asked to enter payment information.
