How to opt in to monthly billing email reminders

Typically, we send you one annual email reminder about your active Philo subscription.

If you’d prefer to receive monthly billing email reminders, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Go to your Settings page on philo.com.

  2. Scroll down to Preferences.

  3. Toggle on Billing email reminders.

This toggle won’t appear if you have a Massachusetts billing zip code—you’ll automatically receive these monthly emails.
