How is my billing date determined?
Your billing date corresponds to the first day of your Philo subscription after the trial. Charges are billed at the beginning of the monthly subscription cycle.
If your billing date is scheduled for a date that does not occur in every month (i.e. the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month instead.
Can I change my billing date?
If you'd prefer a different billing date, and you're currently billed by Philo, please contact our (Link opens in a new tab)Support team for assistance. If you're not currently billed by Philo, you'll need to (Link opens in a new tab)switch to Philo billing before we can change your billing date.
