I haven't received the sign-in code text.

If your sign-in code text has not arrived, your carrier network may be congested 😷. These types of issues should resolve themselves when the traffic starts to clear. But don't worry, you can always sign in using your email address instead:

Roku

  1. Press Down for More Options.
  2. Click Email me a link.
  3. Enter and submit your email address.
  4. Open the link sent to your email.

Computer

  1. Select Back in the top-left corner to return to the sign-in page.
  2. Select Sign in using your email address.

iOS

  1. Force quit and reopen the Philo app.
  2. Select Sign in using your email address.

Android

  1. Select Back in the top-left corner to return to the sign-in page.
  2. Select Sign in using your email address.
